Biography
Jason Kwak is a Post-Bar Law Clerk at Moon Law Group. Mr. Kwak assists the firm’s attorneys in individual employment litigation cases involving discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination. Mr. Kwak received his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University, where he was a member of the Criminal Law Society. While in law school, Mr. Kwak externed at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office for two years and conducted numerous hearings involving domestic violence, drug trafficking, and other general crimes.
