Biography

Nichelle Christopherson is an Associate Attorney at Moon Law Group, PC. She represents employees in all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions related to overtime, minimum wages, meal and rest break violations, improper wage statements, and unfair business practices.

Ms. Christopherson earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University, where she served as captain of the Division I women’s gymnastics team. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, where she was a senior associate editor of the MSU International Law Review and president of the Lori E. Talsky Center Student Network, which focuses on international human rights and humanitarian law. Before joining Moon Law Group, PC, Ms. Christopherson worked in public interest law, assisting victims of hate crimes and defending immigrants against removal.

Ms. Christopherson is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Southern, and Central Districts of California. She is fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
