Biography

Jaeyoung Lee is an associate attorney at Moon Law Group. Mr. Lee represents employees in all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour class action and representative actions involving claims related to overtime and minimum wages, meal and rest break violations, improper wage statements, the California Private Attorneys General Act and unfair business practices.  

Mr. Lee received his Juris Doctorate from UC Davis School of Law, where he received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and earned a Tax Certificate. Mr. Lee is a member in good standing with the California State Bar. Prior to Moon Law Group, Mr. Lee worked at a tax controversy law firm as an attorney. He is passionate about volunteering his time to assist those requiring legal help and has received the 2024 Outstanding Volunteer in Public Service Award from the San Francisco Bar Association for his contributions. Mr. Lee is also involved in the American Bar Association as a member of the men of color project with the ABA’s Young Lawyer’s Division.
