Biography

Co-founder of Moon & Yang, Kane Moon is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who began his career representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business and employment matters. He now exclusively represents employees who are victims of unlawful employment practices, specializing in wage and hour disputes, class action lawsuits, and wrongful termination / retaliation claims. Mr. Moon’s skill as a litigator has resulted in numerous favorable verdicts, judgments and settlements, in both state and federal courts.

A native of Los Angeles, Kane Moon received his undergraduate degree at UCLA, and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, where he served as a member of the Loyola Law Review. He is a member in good standing with the California State Bar and in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
