Biography

Founding partner and shareholder of Moon Law Group, Kane Moon is an experienced litigator and trial attorney, exclusively representing employees in wage-and-hour disputes, class action lawsuits, and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) cases. Mr. Moon has dedicated most of his professional career fighting for the rights of employees, and obtaining justice for those who have been wronged in the workplace. In doing so, Mr. Moon has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of California employees, through numerous favorable trial verdicts, judgments and settlements, in both state and federal courts.

As a native of Los Angeles, Kane Moon received his undergraduate degree at UCLA, and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, where he served as a member of the Loyola Law Review. He is a member in good standing with the California State Bar and in the United States District Court for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.
