Morgan Simpson

Morgan Simpson is an associate attorney at Moon Law Group. Mr. Simpson litigates class and PAGA actions in state and federal courts on behalf of employees who have suffered labor code violations involving their pay, meal and rest breaks, and improper wage statements. Prior to joining Moon Law Group, Mr. Simpson was an associate attorney at a large defense firm where he practiced civil litigation.

Mr. Simpson received a degree in Journalism from the University of South Carolina – Columbia and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he participated in the Lanterman Special Education Law Clinic, Law Students for Better Health, and the Student Bar Association, along with various volunteer opportunities.
