Biography
Halina Szymanski is an Associate Attorney at Moon Law Group. Ms. Szymanski represents employees in all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions involving claims related to overtime and minimum wages, meal and rest break violations, improper wage statements, and unfair business practices.
Ms. Szymanski received her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where she served on the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and the Student Bar Association and participated in the Peer Mentorship Program.
Ms. Szymanski is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California.
