Jacquelyne VanEmmerik

Jacquelyne VanEmmerik is an Associate Attorney at Moon Law Group. Ms. VanEmmerik represents employees in all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions involving claims related to overtime and minimum wages, meal and rest break violations, improper wage statements, and unfair business practices.

Ms. VanEmmerik received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis School of Law, which she attended on a full-ride scholarship. At Davis School of Law, Ms. VanEmmerik served as senior articles editor of the Environmental Law and Policy Journal. Ms. VanEmmerik also served as Judicial Extern for the Honorable Todd W. Eddins of the Supreme Court of Hawai'i.
