Sophia Tu

Sophia Tu is a Post-Bar Law Clerk at Moon Law Group. Ms. Tu assists the firm’s attorneys in all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions involving claims related to overtime and minimum wages, meal and rest break violations, improper wage statements, and unfair business practices.Ms. Tu received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School, where she served on Southwestern Law Review and as a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant. In law school, Ms. Tu externed at the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office as well as a national human rights organization dedicated to ending sexual violence, victim retaliation, misogyny, sexual prejudice, and racism in the military.
